2026年3月14日（土）神奈川・横浜武道館にて開催された『PANCRASE361』（U-NEXT配信）第10試合・ウェルター級の内藤由良（リバーサルジム横浜グランドスラム）vs. ガブリエル・レーベン（X-Road）で判定3-0（29-28×3）で内藤が勝利した試合の採点について、「キング・オブ・パンクラス評議会」が、異例の採点見解を発表した。
PANCRASEは、内藤vs.レーベンの採点について「SNS等を中心に様々なご意見をいただいております。当評議会は、本件に関する事実関係を審判団から聴取し、話題の中心となっている第2Rの採点理由を以下の通り発表いたします」とプレスリリースで記した。
ジャッジペーパーでは、1Rが3者10-9でレーベン。2Rは3者10-9で内藤を支持。3Rも3者10-9で内藤のラウンドで、3者29-28で内藤が勝利している。
同リリースでは、接戦の判定で物議をかもした2Rについて細かくその攻防を分析し、採点理由を明記。

「（2Rの）4：00-5：00に成功したLevanの膝蹴りの評価が、このラウンドの勝者を選ぶにあたり、大きな影響があると考えられる。この膝蹴りにより内藤はダウンをしたというよりも、その後すぐにリカバリーし一瞬ながら優位なポジションの奪取に成功していることから、タックルに失敗したという印象が強い。ダメージがないわけではなかろうが、それまでの内藤が成功させた攻撃に比べ圧倒的であったとは判断しなかった。ラウンドを通して、有効的な攻撃をより多く成功させていた、内藤のラウンドと判断した」と、2Rのレーベンのヒザ蹴りとその前後の内藤の攻撃を考慮し、内容のラウンドとなったことを説明している。

内藤のカーフキック2発がクリーンヒット、Levanの足が流れる。Levanのスタンドでのパンチは内藤のガードの上にヒット。内藤タックルに行くがLevanクリーンテイクダウンを許さず中腰の状態で、肘打ち、パンチで数発反撃。

内藤テイクダウンを狙い続けるが、Levanクリーンテイクダウンを許さずパンチで反撃、内藤もパンチで応戦。スタンドに戻り内藤ヒザ蹴り、三日月蹴り、前蹴りをLevanのボディにヒットさせ後退させる。しばらくスタンドで向き合う時間があり、その後金網際で内藤ワンツーから膝蹴りをLevanのボディにヒットさせる。

金網際、組の攻防の中、ヒザ蹴り、ボディショット、三日月蹴りを含むミドルキックをヒットさせLevanを後退させる。

一度離れてからスタンドの展開、内藤のボディショット、ボディへの膝蹴りのあとLevanが突き放し、内藤のタックルに合わせLevanが膝蹴りをヒットさせる。Levanは追撃を数発。内藤リカバリーしタックルを継続、バックポジションを奪取するがすぐにスタンドの展開。Levanがパンチを一発ヒットさせるが、その後両者積極的な攻防が見られずタイムアップ。

The King of Pancrase Council would like to express its sincere appreciation for your continued support of our organization.
Following the welterweight bout between Yura Naito and Gabriel Levan at PANCRASE 361, held on March 14, 2026, at Yokohama Budokan, we have received various comments and opinions, particularly on social media, concerning the judging of the contest.
After conducting an internal review and hearings with the assigned judges, the Council hereby provides the following clarification regarding the scoring of Round 2, which has been the primary subject of public discussion.

2. Summary of Action in Round 2
0:00-1:00
Naito landed two clean calf kicks that visibly affected Levan’s balance. Levan responded with punches while standing, though most were absorbed by Naito's guard. Naito attempted a takedown, which Levan successfully defended while countering with short elbows and punches from a semi-upright position.
1:00-2:00
Naito continued to pursue takedowns, while Levan maintained defensive posture and exchanged punches. After returning to striking distance, Naito landed a knee, a crescent kick, and a front kick to the body, forcing Levan to retreat. Following a brief reset at range, Naito landed a one-two combination and a knee to the body along the fence.
2:00-3:00
During clinch exchanges against the fence, Naito landed knees, body shots, and mid-level kicks, including crescent kicks, which caused Levan to give ground.
3:00-4:00
In open-space striking exchanges, Naito again landed two effective calf kicks that disrupted Levan’s balance. After a restart due to a low blow by Naito, Levan landed a right straight followed by a left hook. Both fighters then exchanged knees and body strikes along the fence.
4:00-5:00
Following a separation, the bout returned to standing exchanges. Naito landed a body shot and a knee to the torso. Levan created distance and landed a knee as Naito initiated another takedown attempt, then followed with several strikes.
Naito recovered quickly and continued his offensive effort, briefly securing back position before the action returned to standing. Levan landed a single punch thereafter, and no further significant exchanges occurred before the end of the round.
3. Council’s Assessment
The knee strike landed by Levan in the final minute was identified as one of the most notable moments of the round and was carefully considered in the judges’ overall evaluation.
However, the Council concluded that this action did not constitute a decisive knockdown, as Naito immediately regained his composure and was able to resume offensive activity, including briefly obtaining a superior positional advantage. The sequence was therefore assessed as a partially unsuccessful takedown attempt rather than a definitive turning point in the round.
While the strike may have caused a degree of damage, it was not determined to be significantly more impactful than Naito’s cumulative effective offense throughout the round. Based on the totality of effective striking, forward pressure, and overall activity during the round, the judges determined that Round 2 was won by Yura Naito.
